1. Academy Services

Chandigarh Badminton Academy (CBA) provides:

• Badminton training programs
• Personal coaching sessions
• Pay & Play court bookings
• Women's fitness & play sessions
• Advanced and junior coaching programs
• Hostel accommodation for selected players

All programs, schedules, and facilities are subject to availability and academy management decisions.

2. Registration & Membership

• Membership is open to all age groups.
• Players under 18 must be registered by a parent or guardian.
• Registration is confirmed only after submission of required details and payment of fees.
• Members must provide accurate personal and contact information.
• Memberships are non-transferable.

CBA reserves the right to refuse or cancel registrations in case of rule violations or incorrect information.

3. Fees & Payments

• Fees must be paid in advance as per the selected program or membership plan.
• Court bookings are confirmed only after successful payment.
• Late or pending payments may result in temporary suspension of academy access.

Refund Policy

Fees once paid are generally non-refundable. Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases such as:

• Medical reasons supported by valid documents
• Program cancellation by the academy

Refund approvals remain at the discretion of academy management.

4. Attendance & Batch Rules

• Players are expected to attend sessions regularly and arrive on time.
• Batch allocation is decided by academy coaches based on skill level and performance.
• CBA may change batch timings, coaches, or training groups whenever required.

Missed sessions are not refundable or adjustable unless approved by management.

5. Player Conduct

All members, parents, and visitors are expected to maintain respectful behaviour inside the academy premises.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Misconduct with coaches, staff, or players
• Damage to academy property
• Use of alcohol, smoking, or prohibited substances
• Disruptive or unsafe behaviour

CBA reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for disciplinary reasons without refund.

6. Health & Safety

• Players participate in training at their own risk.
• Members should inform the academy about any medical condition or injury before participation.
• Parents/guardians are responsible for providing accurate health information for minors.

Basic first aid may be provided during emergencies. For serious medical situations, emergency services may be contacted.

7. Personal Belongings

Players are responsible for their personal belongings, rackets, shoes, and valuables. Chandigarh Badminton Academy is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal items inside the premises.

8. Photography & Media

The academy may capture photos or videos during training sessions, tournaments, and events for promotional or social media purposes.

• Consent from parents/guardians will be obtained before publishing identifiable photos of minors.
• Members may request removal of specific images by contacting the academy.

9. Website Usage

All content on this website, including logos, images, text, and training material, belongs to Chandigarh Badminton Academy.

You may not:

• Copy or reproduce website content without permission
• Use the website for unlawful activities
• Attempt to access restricted website systems

10. Changes to Programs & Terms

CBA may update training schedules, fees, programs, or these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on the website.

11. Limitation of Liability

While CBA takes reasonable care to provide a safe training environment, participation in sports activities involves physical risk. The academy shall not be held responsible for injuries, accidents, or losses occurring during training or use of academy facilities, except where required under applicable law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Punjab, India.
